LiteSpeed Cache plugin disables Site Logo Block image option to upload image in WordPress Site Editor (FSE)

Summary
If a WordPress plugin LiteSpeed Cache is enabled this plugin seems to disable options for Site Logo Block in Site Editor (the editor for full site editing, also know for FSE).
To be precise, the following issues occur.
- when site logo is not set yet the icon for upload logo does not appear.
- when site logo is already applied the menu for "Replace" the image does not appear.
Disabling this plugin temporary resolve this issue.
