My Thoughts on Work
From planning, design and article writing to production and operational support
I have experienced various creative production at various studios, like editing magazines, interviewing, writing articles, planning / shooting / producing videos, producing and operating websites.
Therefore, I can produce, manage, operate, and support a wide range of production, regardless of its kind.
No technical terms for beginners
I've been engaged in many type of creative production, but each industry has their unique vocabulary and every time I first stepped into those industries, I was very confused.
One of the frustrated things is that some people believe using technical terms is cool, or perhaps they believe people speaking those words are cool.
I often felt that you didn't have to make such a difficult expression...
Based on this experience, I try not to use technical terms as much as possible and to give easy-to-understand explanations when talking to people who are not familiar with production.
If you would like to make something, but you're not familiar with it or it's your first time, please let me know. I can help you.
Always consider efficient methods
Updating websites, operating eCommerce, registering products, creating reports, etc. is always hassle.
Of course, I don't like them myself.
I am always thinking and working on the production/operation so that I can perform such routine and tedious work as efficiently as possible.
Like so, I have been working on a lot of work efficiency up to now.
For example, I have reduced data report creation by 5 to 10 hours/month by linking Excel and PowerPoint.
In another example, I succeeded in reducing the product registration work by about 3 to 10 hours/month using batch processing of Photoshop and Excel.
Like these examples, I always try to be efficient.
Please contact us if you have any concerns about your current work efficiency.
